  • Subscription: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds. If you cancel, any remaining time on your prepaid month can be used if you return within the same month.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by CR8R Studio on behalf of a paid client is fully owned by the client. CR8R Studio retains the right to use created work for portfolio and marketing purposes only.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear, accurate, and timely information and feedback to ensure the successful completion of projects. Clients must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund; however, you may use any remaining time on your subscription when you return.

8. Liability and Indemnification

CR8R Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold CR8R Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States.

11. Changes to Terms
